With rising Boston rents, more and more people are seeking affordable housing options beyond the city limits, avoiding the often run-down apartments available locally. Responding to this demand, developers are stepping up to the challenge. Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, is currently in the process of launching three new developments in Everett, targeting renters who desire proximity to the city and modern living without the burden of typical Boston rents.

Over the next three to four years, Greystar plans to open five buildings across three separate developments. These constructions will offer a mix of residential units and retail spaces. Moreover, Greystar aims to improve the surrounding streetscapes, creating new outdoor areas and walking paths accessible to the public.

Join us as Chris Legocki, Senior Director of Development at Greystar discusses the Mason project and others in the pipeline!
