ULI encourages new professionals to become involved early in their career so they can begin building key relationships with industry leaders. ULI Boston adopted ULI’s Young Leaders Group program in January 2003 to provide a forum for young professional and student members to network with peers and gain exposure to senior professionals. There are over 40 ULI Young Leader Groups across North America – and more than 6,000 young professionals and students attended ULI Boston programs last year.
