ULI NEXT is a distinct affinity group where mid-career leaders can engage in discussions around topics that impact their businesses, help them develop professionally, and support a deeper understanding of the community in which they live. The affinity group offers national and local platforms for networking and knowledge sharing within the Americas and district council network, developing industry best practices, leadership skills, and career success.

AT ULI Boston, NEXT has created a Local Product Council to share best practices around the area most relevant to mid-career professionals.

NEXT provides a range of benefits to participants as they develop their leadership skills and build lasting relationships amongst peers, with ULI leadership, and throughout the ULI network. The program will give members:
