    Embark on a walking tour led by the Young Leaders Group, exploring the expansive and swift urban transformation unfolding in Everett and Chelsea. This tour highlights recently completed, in-progress, and approved future developments in both cities. 

    Featuring sites controlled by:

    Greystar – Mason, The Maxwell, and 1690 Revere Beach Parkway
    Northwestern Mutual – The Pioneer
    Fairfield - Vero Apartments and V2 Apartments

    Participants will get an inside perspective from these firms and representatives from the City of Everett on the exceptional journey of these cities from their industrial roots to emerging residential and commercial hubs.

    Andy Montelli began his career in real estate development with the Trammell Crow Company in 1986, after graduating from MIT with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. At Crow, Andy developed apartment and condominium projects in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Four years at Crow, followed by four years at a real estate investment firm in New York City, led him to Fairfield Residential. At Fairfield, Andy spent 16 years developing over 25 projects in markets such as greater Chicago; Columbus, Ohio; the Greater Washington DC market, and in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He began Post Road Residential in 2011 with a goal of building the finest communities in each market.
