In 2016, Joe Faro of Tuscan Brands purchased The Rockingham Park Racetrack in Salem, NH, a former horse racing facility that had been a major part of the regional economy with the vision of creating a super-regional destination. Today, Tuscan Village is a masterplanned community comprising 4.2 million square feet of residential, medical, commercial, hotel and retail space set upon 170 acres of land.
Tuscan Village has provided Salem with a walkable downtown destination, where people can live, work, stay & play in place. Tuscan Village is the only suburban development of its kind in New England.
