    Plans are underway for the development of a 432-unit Lyra residential tower in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. Toll Brothers, a leading luxury home developer announced recently that the residential tower would be developed through a joint venture between its  Apartment Living rental division and PGIM Real Estate. 

     

    Located at the intersection of Huntington and Massachusetts Avenues, the 34-story Lyra residential tower will be the first project to be developed by the Toll Brothers Apartment Living (TBAL) at a centralized location in Boston, which gives residents access to several arts and leisure venues, world-class dining options and MBTA routes.

    Will Adams is the Regional Director of Acquisitions and Development for the New England region of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Will has extensive experience on complex real estate transactions in the Boston, MA, to Washington, DC corridor; in previous roles he has served as Principal of several firms that developed Multi-Family and hospitality assets in multiple markets. Built on the successes of Toll Brothers, Inc., Toll Brothers Apartment Living has a robust national pipeline that is growing each year and continuing to raise the bar within the multifamily housing sector. Toll Brothers Apartment Living, New England, currently has 10 projects containing approximately 3,000 units in various stages of development with a handful more in entitlement processes. Each community is defined by Toll Brothers’ fundamental brand characteristics: premium quality, integrity, a service-first approach, exceptional value, and an inherent sense of the Toll Brothers legacy. Will received a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development at MIT.
