This year’s forth Master Class will focus on Construction Management. Dennis Crowe of Suffolk and Chris Caine of Samuels & Associates will discuss the ins and outs of planning a construction project.  They will lead a discussion that explores topics such as:

    What goes into pre-construction?
    How does bidding actually work?
How do issues facing the industry today affect construction management firms and development firms differently?

Come ready with questions to participate in an engaging discussion on Construction Management. Light refreshments will be provided.

The Master Class is geared towards Young Leaders who have spent most of their career working in one area of the real estate development industry and are seeking to gain exposure in other areas from some of the leading professionals in the Boston area.
The Master Class is a five-course curriculum, but registration for each session is separate. Those who attend all 5 courses will receive a certificate of completion.
