    Speakers

    Daniel Moll

    Principal, Arx Urban

    Danny joined Arx Urban in 2014 and is responsible for asset management, construction management and community relations. At his previous role in the UBS Alternative Investments Group, he was responsible for raising over $800M for real estate, private equity and hedge funds. In this position, Danny developed and implemented asset allocation strategies for clients and completed due diligence on numerous real estate and private equity transactions. In 2016, Danny received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Boston Police Department for his work repositioning several problem properties. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and holds an unrestricted construction supervisors license. He is also an executive board member of the Bay Village Neighborhood Association and a licensed real estate agent. He holds a BA from Tufts University, where he was captain of the golf team and a 2-time collegiate champion. He currently resides in Boston’s Bay Village with his wife Marina and daughter Maddie.

    Benjamin Moll

    Principal, Arx Urban

    Benjie founded Arx Urban in 2014 and is responsible for the overall strategy of the company including all acquisitions, capital markets and investor relations activity. He previously served as Vice President of Investments at Atlas Real Estate Partners and was an Associate at JP Morgan Global Real Assets. In these roles he oversaw a $1.5B mixed-use real estate portfolio and created the investment strategy for over 30 assets including leasing, development, financing and disposition. Benjie is a frequent speaker on real estate finance and housing innovation and has completed transactions across five different crowdfunding platforms. In 2014, he was appointed to the Mayor of Boston’s SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3 Council) where he consulted the City’s Innovation Housing Lab on forward-thinking financing strategies and was a 2020 Spark Impact Award Finalist for his advocacy for housing stability through innovative financing structures. Benjie holds a BA from Tufts University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar and received the Julia Stell Award for Leadership. He currently resides in Newton with his wife Anna and daughters, Sophie and Janey.

    Andrew Copelotti

    Principal, Boylston Properties Company, Inc.

    Andrew Copelotti is a real estate development and construction professional with over 6,500 units of multi-family development and construction experience in the Greater Boston market. Andrew joined Boylston Properties as a Principal in 2018 and managed the development of Blvd & Bond, the 302 residences at Arsenal Yards. Andrew was instrumental in the permitting, construction management, and leasing of various mixed-use components of the Arsenal Yards project. Andrew is also responsible for sourcing and managing future projects for Boylston Properties. Andrew previously held the position of Vice President of Development for Equity Residential, where he completed 900 luxury rentals. He was responsible for sourcing sites, securing project entitlements, selecting design, engineering, and construction teams, managing the pre-construction process, overseeing project management, and working with property management for the construction of Equity’s multi-family apartment communities. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in construction management from The Daniels College at The University of Denver and an MBA from Michigan State University.
