    Situated on the Charles River across from downtown Boston, CambridgeSide is an award-winning mixed-use complex that features two levels of shops and restaurants and 162,000 sf of office space on Level 3.

    As part of recently approved rezoning, approximately 650,000 sf of office, life science and residential space is being added to make CambridgeSide transformative redevelopment. Upon completion, CambridgeSide will feature six interconnected buildings totaling 2 million square feet and includes retail, office, lab, residential and hotel uses.

    Sarah Lemke

    Vice President, New England Development

    Sarah Lemke is Senior Vice President, Development, at New England Development where she manages all aspects of the development of new real estate projects, commencing with conceptual design through construction completion. Sarah draws on her expertise in the acquisition, financing, permitting and leasing of mixed-use and commercial real estate projects across the Northeast in overseeing the consultant teams, managing the design and entitlement processes and the project budget. She is currently focused on managing the redevelopment of CambridgeSide from an urban, retail center into a mixed-use center with 1,000,000 sf of new first-class lab/office space, retail/restaurant and residential uses. Prior to joining New England Development, Sarah was a partner at the law firm of Hinckley Allen and began her career as an attorney at Goulston & Storrs. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Middlebury College where she studied Sociology and French and played field hockey, winning the NCAA Division 3 National Championship during her sophomore year. Sarah resides in Medfield with her husband, 2 boys and black lab. She’s beginning her 7th year as a member of the Medfield Planning Board.
