    Mahmood Malihi

    Co-President, Leggat McCall Properties

    Mahmood is Co-President and a member of the Executive Committee of Leggat McCall Properties (LMP), a Boston-based commercial real estate developer, investor, advisor, and project manager. He is responsible co-managing LMP’s operations and identifying new opportunities for growth. Mahmood leads the Advisory Services Group and also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. During the past 30 years with Leggat McCall Properties, Mahmood has had an active role in more than $2 billion worth of investment and development activities throughout the Eastern Seaboard. In recent years, he has served as a real estate advisor to several institutional owners, including Harvard University, Northeastern University, Tufts University and The First Church of Christ, Scientist on a wide range of strategic and transactional real estate matters. Mahmood holds a B.S. from Tufts University and an M.S. from Stanford University.
