Gibson Point is a fully-amenitized 291-unit multifamily ground-up development on a 4.54-acre waterfront parcel in Revere, Massachusetts. The project abuts Gibson Park, an expansive outdoor amenity within walking distance of the famous Revere Beach. In March 2021, the City of Revere approved a new overlay district for the site resulting in as-of-right zoning for the proposed project. The overlay district includes a thoughtful masterplan for the surrounding park, making this area of Revere a destination spot for residents.
