Students, Young Leaders and NEXT participants are eligible for registration to this program.
Looking to dive a bit deeper, the Young Leaders Group seeks to engage the attendees with a more in-depth, instructional, and interactive two-part Master Class to provide an all-encompassing overview of the life sciences sector. This two-part series, hosted by Zoya Puri and Bobby Trickett, will cover the perspective of owners, users, designers, and builders to provide understanding of the requirements, challenges, and processes considered when developing and managing successful life sciences projects.

On Thursday, April 8th, Roy Sandeman and McKenna Teague of CBRE will partner with Gretchen McGill and Duncan Gilkey of The Davis Companies to discuss what goes into the purchase, management and sale of an Life Science asset. They will walk the audience through the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of life science developments, highlighting decisions which led to a life science boom in the Boston market.

The following Tuesday, April 13th, Eric Libby of Wise Construction, along with Edwin Hargrave of TRIA Design will flip the perspective towards the design and construction of life sciences. The numbers work, but what makes up the physical space and how do we get it built? With numerous categories, regulations and specification requirements, here is an opportunity to learn from industry experts about what qualifies a space as life sciences.
