The program is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of minority developers and land use professionals in New England.
The Pathways to Inclusion program will provide up to 25 individuals of color a scholarship to the 2019 Fall Meeting to be held in Washington DC on September 18-21, 2019 in addition to a one-year ULI membership.
This program will also provide a suggested track of programming at the Fall Meeting to mentor the group through key relationships and strengthen the cohort. After the conclusion of the Fall Meeting, the program will provide three cohort convenings during the one-year program to create structured connections to key Boston real estate leaders.

Eligible Participants:
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to increase participation of groups who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate fields, defined as being African American/African descent, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Middle Eastern and Asian descent. Pathways Applicants must live in New England and be able to attend the Fall Meeting in Washington DC (September 18-21).
