During the site walk on June 4th, 2021, ULI members met with local business owners, residents and members of the Friends of the North Brookfield Town House to gain insight into the redevelopment possibilities for the Town House as well as the strengths and challenges of the study area as a whole. After the site walk, Panelists interviewed two sets of stakeholders via Zoom.

The TAP presented their findings virtually to Town officials and the general public later that evening via the Town of North Brookfield Zoom presentation.
