Under the direction of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston District Council, the Dedham Square Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) convened in Dedham, Massachusetts in September 2013, bringing together stakeholders, community leaders, and a panel of planning, design, engineering, and development professionals for a day-long session focused on identifying the issues, constraints, and opportunities presented by three Town-owned sites in Dedham Square.
