ULI Boston/New England convened a hybrid (virtual and on-site) Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to study the development and redevelopment opportunities of the Lower Millyard District. The TAP Panel (the Panel) was comprised of ULI members, real estate professionals with particular expertise relevant to the development challenge at hand.
