Member Spotlight: Sarah Peck, Development Portfolio Manager, City of Boston- Planning Department

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Manager works closely with the Executive Director, ULI Boston/New England staff, and committee members to implement the organization’s strategic plan, support member-based committees, advance marketing and communications plans, and execute program and event logistics.
The Program Manager will be part of the team that focuses on and supports marketing and communications, organizational development, technical assistance, and events.
The ideal candidate is a hardworking, proactive, and innovative person with strong organizational skills, project management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to multitask and respond to situations quickly. Experience managing meetings and working with volunteer members is preferred. It is imperative that the Program Manager be friendly and genuinely interested in our members’ needs.
The Program Manager role is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for engaging people and creating a meaningful and positive member experience at an influential and well-respected education and research institute.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3-4 days per week in the downtown Boston office and 1-2 days working from home.
