ULI Boston/New England’s Pathways Initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of underrepresented developers and land use professionals. In addition to a one-year ULI membership, the program will provide up to 20 individuals a scholarship to the 2025 Fall Meeting (November 4 – 6, 2025 in San Francisco, CA). This is a value of more than $4,000.

After Fall Meeting, ULI will provide a minimum of four convenings during the one-year program to create structured connections to other cohort members as well as key Boston real estate leaders.

Please complete the application below by August 29, 2025, to be considered for the program. This is a competitive applications and we routinely receive more interest than we can accommodate. Eligible participants are current land use professionals (developers, investors, designers, engineers, planners, attorneys, etc.) with industry experience.
