    The ULI Boston/New England Young Leaders Group (YLG) invites you to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of 85 Devonshire Street, a unique office-to-residential conversion project in the heart of Downtown Boston.

    Led by Todd Greenfield of KS Partners and Marvin Lahoud of TOCCI, this guided tour will explore the transformation of three adjoining early-20th century buildings, from 92,641 square feet of commercial space into 95 thoughtfully designed rental apartments with ground-floor retail, all part of the BPDA’s Downtown Residential Conversion Program.

    Following the tour, enjoy a networking reception with fellow real estate professionals at a to-be-determined location.
