    Stas Gayshan

    Cambridge Innovation Center

    Stas Gayshan is Managing Director at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and the founder of CIC Boston. Stas leads the development of new CIC projects in the Americas, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond, connecting innovators across boundaries and borders. Stas works with governments, universities, large corporations, real estate developers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, funders, and other stakeholders to solve difficult problems, build powerful, interwoven innovation ecosystems, and help cities craft lasting, impactful outcomes. A globally sought-after thought leader on innovation and entrepreneurship, Stas is often seen speaking at conferences and judging startup competitions around the world. Stas Gayshan joined CIC in early 2014. Previously, Stas was the Founder & CEO of Space with a Soul, a 20,000 square foot coworking space in Boston’s Innovation District. Stas is an entrepreneur and an attorney, and he worked in Democratic political campaigns at various levels prior to starting Space with a Soul. In his political work, Stas focused on the intersection of collaboration, technology and activism. Stas has been recognized by the Boston Globe as one of the Most Innovative People in Massachusetts Business and by CJP as one of Boston’s most influential young leaders. He holds leadership positions in several philanthropic and nonprofit organizations active in the Greater Boston area. Stas has a B.A. and J.D. from Boston College.

    Justin Miller

    Tishman Speyer

    Justin Miller is a Director of Asset Management in Tishman Speyer’s Boston regional office. Currently, he focuses his time overseeing a three million square foot office portfolio as well as the completion of the Pier 4 mixed use development in the Seaport. Prior to relocating to Boston, he spent three years Tishman Speyer’s corporate headquarters in New York, where he worked as a portfolio manager across several of the firm’s separate accounts and closed-end funds. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he worked in asset management at Thor Equities and as a consultant in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services team.

    Samantha Randel

    National Development

    Sam is a Vice President of Development at National Development, where she manages all aspects of the real estate development process including design, permitting, financing, and construction. Sam’s current responsibilities include managing the development of several multi-family/mixed use projects in the City of Boston, including a 180-unit residential project at the Ink Block, which will be the first co-living project in Boston. She is also currently managing the entitlement process and ultimate development of a 190-unit residential mixed-use project in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood. Sam’s completed projects over her 7-year career at National Development include an urban 92-unit independent living/hotel mixed-use project with associated retail in the Cleveland Circle neighborhood of Boston, two 63-unit memory-care assisted living projects in Andover, MA and Mashpee, MA, and the leasing of approximately 80,000 SF of retail at the Ink Block project. Sam’s professional affiliations include ULI Boston’s Young Leaders, NAIOP of Greater Boston’s Developing Leaders as well as the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. Sam holds a BA from Brandeis University in Economics and Spanish (completed in 2012) as well as a MA from Brandeis International Business School in International Economics and Finance, with a specialization in Real Estate (completed in 2013).

    Athena Moore

    Global Community Lead, Autodesk Build Space

    Athena Moore is the Global Community Lead for the Autodesk Technology Centers, where she manages a residency program and team spanning Boston, Toronto, and San Francisco aimed at bringing together industry, academic, and entrepreneurial communities to create a shared vision of the future of making. She is a professional associate of AIA, co-chair for the Boston Society of Architect’s MakeTank, and a trained bookbinder. She has been with Autodesk since 2015.

    Christopher Nolfi

    Walker & Dunlop

    Christopher Nolfi is a Loan Analyst at Walker & Dunlop. Currently, he is part of the FHA Group within W&D’s $91.8B Commercial Loan Servicing operation. Specifically, Christopher is responsible for the day-to-day servicing needs of $1.8B of FHA-insured multifamily and healthcare loans. Previously, Christopher worked in marketing at Harvard Business School and prior to relocating to Boston, worked on the corporate side of national politics in Washington DC. Christopher is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group, REFA, and RELA Boston.
