The build-to-suit development located at 53 Sturbridge Road in Charlton MA entails a multi-story state-of-the-art 2.855 million square foot e-commerce robotics fulfillment center along with required parking, truck stalls, and circulation. The 100 acre parcel is bound by MassDOT Routes 169 and 20, which will also benefit from upgrades as part of the project. Following a successful MEPA certification, Bluewater began sitework in early April and aims to complete the project late 2023.
