Hobbs Brook developed the original building in 1954. The reincarnation of 225 Wyman Street will be a highly-engineered, sustainably designed, and amenity-rich building, designed to support the most progressive and sophisticated life science and office user. 225 Wyman Street is designed to achieve a minimum LEED Silver Certification and will establish a new standard for the healthy building. The project features over 3-acres of greenspace with permeable walking trails, seating areas and landscaped courtyards. The building is uniquely situated in the Greater Boston’s innovation and life science community with immediate access to Route 128 & I-95. 225 Wyman is the optimal location to provide flexibility for tenants seeking lab-capable as well as traditional office needs.
