    October 2006 Brian Chaisson Managing Director - Regional Director of Boston Mr. Chaisson joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and is responsible for the company's regional activities in Boston. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Chaisson was a Principal with CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, an alternative investment management company that specializes in commercial real estate. Mr. Chaisson was responsible for originating, structuring and closing direct equity and structured debt transactions nationwide for the company's various investment funds. Mr. Chaisson graduated with a BS from the University of Rhode Island and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Real Estate Finance Association.
