About the Project:
The BXP Life Science Center project is a 1.2M SF mixed-use development in Kendall Square, part of BXP’s ongoing redevelopment of the MXD District between Binney Street, Broadway, and Main Street. The project includes two life science towers, a 439-unit residential building, and an underground electrical substation for Eversource. The project is a one-of-a-kind public private partnership between the City of Cambridge, Eversource, and BXP to simultaneously deliver sustainable power infrastructure, housing, and new commercial space in the heart of one of the densest life science districts in the world.
