    Adam Dunn

    JLL

    Mr. Dunn is a Senior Director in the Boston office of JLL with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Mr. Dunn specializes in multi-housing investment advisory and equity placement across New England. Mr. Dunn joined the firm in September 2016. Prior to joining JLL, he was an Associate at CBRE in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he worked in property management operations with Archstone. During his career, Mr. Dunn has been involved in more than $4 billion of transactions and has professionally managed a portfolio of apartments valued at more than $500 million.

    Andy Montelli

    Post Road Residential

    Prior to founding the firm, Andy served as a Partner at Fairfield Residential where he developed 30 luxury projects totaling nearly 10,000 units throughout the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. He has developed all densities of product ranging from garden apartments to high-rise towers. After graduating from MIT with a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development, Andy began his career with Trammell Crow Residential, at that time the largest developer in the nation in their New Canaan, CT office. He is a native of Connecticut.

    Michael Boujoulian

    Alliance Residential Company

    Michael Boujoulian is responsible for Alliance Residential Company’s development activity in the New England region. He manages all projects from deal sourcing and negotiation phases through programming, capitalization, design, construction, operations and disposition. During his career, Mr. Boujoulian has worked on the development of thousands of conventional rental units in Greater Boston, including many under Massachusetts affordable housing law Chapter 40B. Before joining Alliance, Mr. Boujoulian served as Senior Vice President for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, where he successfully introduced multifamily development to a historically commercial development company, including direct oversight of more than 1,000 units of luxury product in Greater Boston. Prior to that, Mr. Boujoulian served as a Development Associate for JPI Development’s New England office, directly managing various stages of underwriting, permitting, design and construction. Michael graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in Real Estate studies.

    Lauren Jezienicki

    One Circle Co.

    Lauren Jezienicki serves as CEO of One Circle Co. and is responsible for identifying development opportunities, overseeing the company’s development projects, and guiding corporate strategy. Prior to starting One Circle Co., Lauren served as Senior Vice President of Development at Bozzuto Development Company launching the company’s New England development pipeline of nearly 2 million square feet. Notably, Lauren was responsible for redevelopment of the MBTA’s 7-acre North Quincy Red Line Station parking lot into a new MBTA parking garage, 610 apartment residents and 45,000 square feet of ground floor retail including an urban-format Target store. Prior to Bozzuto, Lauren worked at The JBG Companies (now JBG Smith) in Bethesda, Maryland, where she served as a Vice President of Development and was responsible for the underwriting, design, entitlement, construction, and delivery of nearly one million square feet of urban multifamily projects. Lauren graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s in business administration and Columbia University with a master’s in business administration. She is a Fitwel Ambassador and active member of NAIOP Massachusetts and the Urban Land Institute. Lauren also serves on the Advisory Council for the Design Museum Foundation.

    Sandi Silk

    Senior Vice President, Development, Jefferson Apartment Group

    Based in Boston, Sandi is Senior Vice President and Development Partner responsible for all development and land acquisition activities in the Boston and New England region. Prior to joining JAG, Sandi acted as Director of Development for Federal Realty Investment Trust’s mixed use Assembly Row project and served in various development roles at JPI and at Archstone. Formerly, Sandi was a Project Manager with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management (now the Department of Conservation and Recreation). Sandi has been directly involved in the development of more than 1500 multifamily units in the Boston area. Sandi has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Boston University and received a Master in Urban Planning and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle. She is involved in community and industry organizations, serving on the ULI Boston District Council Management Committee, the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Finance Association and the Town of Brookline Economic Development Advisory Board in addition to being a Girl Scout troop leader. Sandi is married and has one daughter.
