    Originally home to the New England dairy company H.P. Hood and Sons, Hood Park is a master-planned urban campus in the vibrant Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. Located at the nexus of Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, Hood Park is easily accessed by the MBTA Orange Line and Route 93. The 20-acre campus is undergoing comprehensive development and improvements throughout, creating nearly 2 million square feet of distinctive office & lab space, apartments, inviting open spaces, and a mix of retail destinations.

    Vice President, Catamount Management Corporation

    Chris Kaneb has many years of experience developing both residential and commercial real estate in the greater Boston area. He has focused on redevelopment of former industrial sites in urban locations that are well served by transit. He currently oversees all leasing, planning and development activity at Hood Park, a 20-acre mixed-use campus in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. His multifamily work includes planning and permitting of over 700 units, with diverse projects ranging in size from under ten units to over 400 units. Chris also serves as Vice President of Real Estate for HP Hood LLC. Chris earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard University.
