    Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, 66 GALEN STREET will provide over 224,000 SF of new construction by 2023, followed by a planned Phase II campus expansion of up 464,000 SF.
    The new campus will feature a Health & Wellness focused amenity package, Retail opportunity, community lounge spaces, state-of-the-art building connectivity, views of the Charles River, and a dynamic Watertown Square location.

    As a Vice President of Investments, Brendan is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and closing of investment opportunities made on behalf of Davis’ value-add investment funds. Brendan specializes in the life sciences and high intellectual office sector throughout the United States. Since joining Davis, Brendan has supported the company’s expansion of its life science portfolio with significant transactions including Charles Park, a 405,000 RSF lab redevelopment in East Cambridge, MA and 66 Galen Street, a 224,000 RSF lab development in Watertown, MA. Prior to joining Davis in 2019, Brendan closed more than $7.1 billion in investment sale, structured equity, and financing transactions while at HFF, L.P. in New York City and Eastdil Secured in Boston. Brendan began his career on the acquisition & leasing team at BioMed Realty Trust. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Classics from The College of the Holy Cross and is a graduate of Noble & Greenough in Dedham, MA.

    Pat Noone

    As Vice President of Development, Pat is responsible for overseeing projects at various stages of the development process – from pre-development and entitlement, to construction, closeout, and turnover. While at Davis, Pat has been a key contributor on several projects; including 100 Shawmut, a 138 Unit high-end luxury condo building located in the South End, Terminal 21, a residential project totaling 205 units in Pittsburgh, PA, and 66 Galen, a 320,000sf life science building located in Watertown MA. Across all development projects Pat is involved in the permitting, design, construction, financing, and closeout phases. Prior to joining Davis, Pat worked as a Superintendent for Dellbrook-JKS, where he managed the construction efforts for projects in the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors through both ground up and historic renovation efforts. With a background in construction management, Pat takes a hands-on approach in the set up and execution of projects with TDC’s general contractors. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowdoin College and received a professional certificate from Boston University for the completion of the Real Estate Finance Program. Pat holds an unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor’s License and is a member of ULI. Pat also serves as a Board Member and volunteer coach for the Mattapan Patriots Pop Warner Football organization.
