As Vice President of Development, Pat is responsible for overseeing projects at various stages of the development process – from pre-development and entitlement, to construction, closeout, and turnover.
While at Davis, Pat has been a key contributor on several projects; including 100 Shawmut, a 138 Unit high-end luxury condo building located in the South End, Terminal 21, a residential project totaling 205 units in Pittsburgh, PA, and 66 Galen, a 320,000sf life science building located in Watertown MA. Across all development projects Pat is involved in the permitting, design, construction, financing, and closeout phases. Prior to joining Davis, Pat worked as a Superintendent for Dellbrook-JKS, where he managed the construction efforts for projects in the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors through both ground up and historic renovation efforts. With a background in construction management, Pat takes a hands-on approach in the set up and execution of projects with TDC’s general contractors.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowdoin College and received a professional certificate from Boston University for the completion of the Real Estate Finance Program. Pat holds an unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor’s License and is a member of ULI. Pat also serves as a Board Member and volunteer coach for the Mattapan Patriots Pop Warner Football organization.
