Located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park of the South Boston Waterfront, Foundry at Drydock (Parcels O and P) will be feature a 252,000 square foot life-sciences building at the former Au Bon Pain headquarters and redevelopment of an adjacent steel manufacturing facility next door into a 9,000 square foot amenity building.

Designed by a joint venture between SGA and DREAM Collaborative and built by John Moriarty & Associates, the project is scheduled to deliver in 2024. In a testament to the dynamic Seaport location and the quality of the development team, the building has been 100% preleased to Ginkgo Bioworks, a synthetic biology company, to accommodate their growth in the South Boston Waterfront cluster.
