15 Necco is a twelve-story, 350,000 square-foot life science project on the Fort Point Channel waterfront in the Seaport District of Boston.  Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, its iconic architecture embraces the heart of the old brick-and-beam neighborhood with a modern expression that highlights the building’s new position in Boston’s skyline.  With its LEED Gold, Fitwel, Well Building, and Wiredscore certifications, the building offers best-in-class sustainability and resiliency, as well as crucial mechanical flexibility for tenants.  15 Necco’s amenities include ground-floor restaurants and retail, a portion of Boston’s Harborwalk, and adjacency to the future 100-Acre Park.
