ULI Singapore's WLI (Women's Leadership Initiative) Webinar Series addresses the challenges and celebrates successes of women in the workplace today. In such challenging times, we are embracing new ways of meeting to bring our members together online. This webinar series gathers prominent female leaders in the real estate industry to discuss prevailing hot topics in the industry and serves as a regular virtual platform to profile women professionals in the ULI community.

The COVID-19 crisis is demanding leaders to be more agile than ever. But how? In this edition, we will engage a group of WLI Singapore leadership members in a candid conversation around building organisational resilience in the face of disruptions and dramatic uncertainties. We ask how they are navigating a range of challenges that span from digitisation, reorienting operations, community engagement/communications and human resource.
