    Colleen O’Connor is Vice President of Leasing at BioMed Realty. Her role encompasses the management of 5.9 million square feet across the northeast United States and the United Kingdom. Since joining BioMed Realty’s team nearly seven years ago, Colleen has elevated the company’s profile by establishing trusting relationships in the real estate, venture capital and science communities. Prior to her time at BioMed Realty, Colleen worked in finance and accounting roles, most recently at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA. Colleen holds her Bachelor of Science Degree from Stonehill College, her Master of Accounting Degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management and her Master of Business Administration Degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Colleen is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.

    Sal Zinno

    Vice President, Development, Biomed Realty Trust

    Salvatore Zinno is Vice President of Development at BioMed Realty, where he provides real estate solutions to the life sciences and technology industries in the northeast United States and the United Kingdom. His work touches on all aspects of commercial real estate development, including ground up construction, zoning analysis, entitlements, tenant improvements, and underwriting. Sal is involved with a number or projects, but has been focused on 585 Kendall Street in Cambridge, MA, which involves the development of a groundbreaking new office/lab complex combined with a performing arts center. Sal received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Master of Business Administration Degree from Bentley University. He sits on the board of Art in Giving, a Boston-based charitable organization that raises funds for pediatric cancer research through the sale of fine arts.
