Jill Corrado has served as the CEO of Trout Brook Realty Advisors (TBRA) and the Executive Director of the West Hartford Housing Authority (WHHA) since 2023. Prior to that time, Jill served as the CFO of both entities for eleven years. In her capacity as CEO of TBRA and Executive Director of WHHA, Jill directs the operation of all lines of business including development activities, voucher administration, property management, LIHTC compliance and finance and administration. She serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of TBRA and the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of WHHA and works to keep members apprised of policy matters and regulations. As CEO for TBRA, Jill oversees all stages of development projects as well as the ongoing operations of the owned real estate. In her capacity as CFO, Jill oversaw the financial management systems of TBRA and WHHA, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability of the Organizations. Prior to joining WHHA and TBRA, Jill was an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton specializing in audits of Non-Profits and Local Governments. Jill holds a CPA certification from the State of Connecticut. Jill lives in West Hartford with her husband and kids.

Joel Rottman is the principal of Ellingstone LLC. He has spent 20 years on real estate development and investment activities. Most of his career has been focused on affordable and mixed-income apartment communities. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and lives in West Hartford with his wife and three kids.
