Join us to hear from Leslie Cohen how Samuels & Associates redeveloped and rebranded 401 Park, a historic former Sears, Roebuck & Co. building that was acquired in 2011. In the heart of the Fenway, 401 Park has become a center of innovation and entertainment. The development is home to some of Boston's top technology and medical companies, including Toast, Inc., Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard School of Public Health, the recently opened Time Out Market, and a reimagined 1.1-acre park that was once a parking lot. The park features a new public art installation - Grouping of Works from Fountain - from Nicole Eisenman that serves as a natural gathering point within the neighborhood.
