Located at Boston Landing, 60 Guest Street is a nine-story, state-of-the-art office/lab that will comprise 350,000 rentable square feet of space and a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground-floor with an art gallery and café open to the public, an amenity center for tenants, and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.

As one of the last sites to be developed as part of the Boston Landing master plan, the project will contribute to the area’s diverse mix of uses and strengthen Allston/Brighton’s position as an established life science cluster.

The building has been designed by SGA and is being developed by Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge.
