The first of the five-session Master Class will focus on the Design & Engineering aspects of the real estate development process. James Gray and David Odeh will take participants through the trade-offs they encounter in regards to the geotechnical challenges, layout of uses, types of mechanical systems, structural requirements, marketability of product types and the technology used to pull it all together into one plan. Come ready with questions to participate in an engaging discussion on Design & Engineering. Light refreshments will be provided. After the session concludes, we will continue the discussion and network at a nearby bar.
