YLG Master Class: Market Analysis & Site Selection
The Master Class is geared towards Young Leaders who have spent most of their career working in one area of the real estate development industry and are seeking to gain exposure in other areas from some of the leading professionals in the Boston area.
The Master Class is a five-course curriculum, but registration for each session is separate. Those who attend all 5 courses will receive a certificate of completion.
Registration for the next session will come available as the date and location are confirmed.
This year’s first Master Class will focus on Site Selection & Acquisitions. Kevin Sheehan of Greatland Realty Partners and Frank Ramsden of Bentall Kennedy will explore the early stages of a real estate deal through the lens of a recent acquisition.
- How do you identify a site?
- How do you determine a site’s use/density?
- How do you approach the process of property acquisition?
Come ready with questions to participate in an engaging discussion on Site Selection & Acquisitions. Light refreshments will be provided.
