    Sean is a Director of Development at Joseph J. Corcoran Company LLC (JJC Co), responsible for overseeing various developments including, Amesbury Heights, a 240-unit mixed-income development located in Amesbury, MA, Innes Apartments, a 330-unit mixed-use project located next to newly install Eastern Avenue Silver Line station and assisting JJC Co’s efforts in joint venture development with Leggat McCall of the One Charlestown project, a 2,700 unit mixed-income, mixed-use redevelopment of 1,100 unit existing Bunker Hill Apartments located in Charlestown, MA. While at Corcoran Jennison, Sean’s projects included University Place Residences, a 184-unit mixed-use project located next to Boston’s Red Line JFK/UMass T station, and Cobble Hill Apartments, a 157-unit mixed-use project located in Somerville, MA next to Boston’s new MBTA Green line extension. Both projects will have ground level retail. Sean also assisted Corcoran Jennison with other developments as well as asset management of its affordable/mixed-income portfolio of multifamily assets valued at approximately $2.5 billion, with over 14,500 units under ownership and management. In addition, he has served for the past several years as an Assistant Professor of Real Estate & Urban Action course with Joseph E. Corcoran at Boston College. Sean is member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) national Urban Development Mixed Use Council – Red Flight, an Advisory Board Member of the Real Estate Council of Boston College (TREC), and an emerging Leader in the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). He graduated from Columbia University, where he received his Master’s in Real Estate Development and received his degree in Finance from Boston College.
