Please join us for the monthly member lunch with Becky Mattson, Cottonwood Management, to discuss the EchelonSeaport development. Prominently located on Seaport Boulevard, EchelonSeaport is one of the largest developments in the Seaport District to date, consisting of three towers with 887,000 square feet of luxury residential, a destination tiered courtyard, landmark pedestrian footbridge and 125,000 square feet of luxury retail space to welcome residents and visitors alike.  The 3.5-acre development has been designed with diverse heights and building materials to reflect Boston’s eclectic skyline and to create a neighborhood-oriented, active urban streetscape. 

 

Rebecca Mattson Bio:

Ms. Mattson heads the Boston/East Coast office of Cottonwood Management LLC, a Los Angeles-based privately-held real estate asset management and development company with over $2 billion in assets under management.  Cottonwood’s inaugural project in Boston is the $950 million Seaport Square M Parcels development, now known as EchelonSeaport, currently under construction and due to open in 2019 and 2020.

With over 25 years of development experience in Boston, Ms. Mattson specializes in large-scale downtown real estate development. She worked for five years on development and construction of $160 million TD Boston Garden.  At Raymond Property Company, she rose to Chief Operating Officer, heading the company’s primary large projects during her 14-year tenure. Ms. Mattson began her own company Sagebrook Development LLC in 2010 which developed, and continues as owner and/or co-owner of, projects in Malden and Lowell.
