April 2019 Member Lunch – Jack Clark, Pembroke: Seaport Place Repositioning
Join us April 12th to hear Jack Clark share the story behind Pembroke’s Seaport Place Repositioning.
Seaport Place, a 2.2m sq ft modern, mixed-use waterfront development, began the transformation of the now thriving Seaport District. The property includes two office towers – Seaport East and Seaport West – the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center, retail shops and two parks. Many of the original office tenants still call Seaport Place home almost 20 years after the completion of the towers. Pembroke is currently exploring a number of new ways to keep the properties competitive and relevant for tenants and guests, as well as an integrated part of the Seaport District. These include public space and tenant amenity enhancements to Seaport East and West, as well as the mixed-use revitalization of Commonwealth Pier focused on providing new amenities for greater public access to the waterfront, expanded retail offerings, first-class event spaces, and a unique flexible office space.
