Join us April 12th to hear Jack Clark share the story behind Pembroke’s Seaport Place Repositioning.

Seaport Place, a 2.2m sq ft modern, mixed-use waterfront development, began the transformation of the now thriving Seaport District. The property includes two office towers – Seaport East and Seaport West – the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center, retail shops and two parks. Many of the original office tenants still call Seaport Place home almost 20 years after the completion of the towers. Pembroke is currently exploring a number of new ways to keep the properties competitive and relevant for tenants and guests, as well as an integrated part of the Seaport District. These include public space and tenant amenity enhancements to Seaport East and West, as well as the mixed-use revitalization of Commonwealth Pier focused on providing new amenities for greater public access to the waterfront, expanded retail offerings, first-class event spaces, and a unique flexible office space.

Jack Clark, Senior Vice President, Pembroke

Jack is responsible for the strategic management of Pembroke’s offices and real estate interests in the United States, Japan and Australia. Since joining Pembroke in 2005, he has been involved in a variety of acquisition, leasing and portfolio management activities, including the identification and evaluation of new investment and leasing opportunities in key markets including Boston, Brisbane, Melbourne, San Francisco, Sydney, Tokyo and Washington, DC. Jack has supported, led, or provided oversight on nine major asset leasing efforts, and has led the acquisitions and transactional management for eight properties across five markets in Pembroke’s global portfolio.

Jack returned to the Boston office in 2016 after spending more than four years in Sydney where he established Pembroke’s Australian office in 2012 and oversaw the planning, development, and leasing of Pembroke’s first redevelopment in Australia, Sydney’s 20 Martin Place. Throughout his time with Pembroke, Jack has overseen strategies for optimized financial performance of seven properties across six markets and provided oversight on a number of developments and repositionings.
