Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) Internship Program

In 2017 ULI Boston/New England partnered with KAGE Growth Strategies as a sponsor for the inaugural Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) internship program.  The CREST program placed 17 interns with organizations in the commercial real estate industry. ULI Boston/New England members now have access to the Climate-Smart Cities™ GIS mapping Tool through a partnership with The Trust for Public Land. The regional Climate Smart Cities™ tool uses climate research, computer-assisted mapping, and urban design to help the public, and now private sector, access a GIS mapping tool that visually assesses climate implications on real estate.
