The Boston/New England District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) announces the election of three local members to the Governing Trustees of ULI, joining 136 of the world’s foremost industry leaders. Governing Trustees frame ULI’s broad direction and agenda and provide leadership in advancement of the Institute’s mission.
“The addition of these extraordinary land use leaders to our roster of Governing Trustees is strengthening ULI’s knowledge base and broadening its global reach,” said ULI Global Chief Executive Officer Patrick L. Phillips. “As ULI continues to expand, the expertise of our Governing Trustees is invaluable in guiding our work and expanding our impact.”
The three officials elected to represent the Boston/New England District Council for a four-year term are: Brad M. Hutensky, CEO, Hutensky Capital Partners, Hartford, Connecticut; Steven Marsh, Managing Director, MIT Investment Management Company, Cambridge, Mass.; Sharmil Modi, Principal, The Baupost Group, Boston, Mass. They will join the District Council’s current governing trustees Marty Jones, Jill Hatton, Ed Glaeser, and Franz Colloredo-Mansfield.
