Expand your horizons to the Boston Suburbs with ULI Boston/New England’s Young Leader’s Group (YLGs) as Jack’s Abby hosts the second of our 2017 brewery tours.

Join us to learn more about the rapidly changing face of downtown Framingham, a former heavy manufacturing district that is transforming into a thriving city center complete with office, retail and residential investment. Our second brewery tour will include a panel of key players in the redevelopment of downtown Framingham. Panelists include Jack’s Abby co-founder Sam Hendler who will tell the story behind their expansion from microbrewery to beer hall explain why the brewery chose Framingham for its flagship location.

Downtown Framingham is an important case-study in the revitalization of suburban cities both in metro Boston and around the country. The project can serve as an archetype for other cities hoping to lure Millennials out of the urban core.

Panelists Include:

  • Sam Hendler, CoFounder and Sales, Jack’s Abby
  • William L. Manley, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Calare Properties
  • Arthur P. Robert, Director, Community and Economic Development, Town of Framingham

Onsite registrations will be accepted at Jack’s Abby Brewery at 4 pm

Pre-registered attendees can take the stretch SUV leaving from One Federal Street at 3 pm.
