ULI Boston/New England’s Young Leaders Group is thrilled to welcome Jesse Baerkahn, President and Founder of Graffito SP.

Jesse has been involved in developing some of the best retail in Greater Boston, including Tatte Bakery & Café, Fuji at Kendall, BodyScapes Fitness, Evoo & Za, Kika and Commonwealth Restaurant & Market in Kendall Square, and District Hall’s Gather and Brew in Seaport.

The Making Connections series offers young professionals an exclusive opportunity to have an informal, round-table discussion with an industry executive.

Jesse’s Bio:

Jesse Baerkahn is the President and Founder of Graffito SP, a Boston-based commercial real estate company best described as part retail brokerage, part creative agency, and part urban design firm. Jesse evaluates and leads all of GSP’s new business, core service platforms and entrepreneurial endeavors, which include the redevelopment the historic Foundry Building in Kendall Square; retail planning and placemaking strategy for some of the region’s most active and respected institutions, corporations and real estate investors; and various neighborhood-scale commercial brokerage assignments. Jesse’s multidisciplinary work at GSP utilizes his transactional training as an attorney and lessons learned through other business ventures within the real estate, arts and entertainment fields.
